WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Twin Lakes Animal Clinic is searching for a full-time associate veterinarian! Our very busy, growing practice consists of 40% beef cattle, 30% equine, and 30% small animal with locations in Madison and Howard, South Dakota. We are willing to mentor a new graduate or would be happy to add an experienced veterinarian to our team. An associate veterinarian at TLAC would be someone who is highly motivated, has a good attitude, is a hard worker and a team player. We are truly a mixed animal practice. Our new veterinarian must be able to split on-call with us and feel comfortable handling all kinds of beef and small animal emergencies, but only primary care equine emergencies. One of the best things about this practice is that we can try to help fit you with the kind of appointments you want to see whether that be herd work, small animal medicine, or equine lameness, as examples. If you have an interest in small ruminant, there definitely is a need in our area for that.

COME MEET US:
Between our two family-oriented locations, our team consists of 3 veterinarians, 5 technicians, 3 assistants and an office manager. We all love our communities of Madison and Howard. Madison is a town of 7,500 people, a short 45 miles from Sioux Falls, and has multiple lakes and state parks to enjoy! Howard is a town of 900 people, a short 45 miles from Mitchell, and has many hunting and fishing opportunities. Giving back to our community is very important to us. We are proud to offer brand new digital radiographs, ultrasound, gas anesthesia, in-house CBC and chemistry to our clients. Services include everything needed for beef cattle production, small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery, equine sports medicine/lameness, equine dentistry, equine reproduction, and alternative medicine.
